Meet Dr. Kevin Chang
Dr. Kevin Chang earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of the Pacific and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. During this time, he received many awards for his leadership and service. Upon graduation, Dr. Kevin went to practice in an especially under-served area in New Mexico. He focused on treating patients who were in much need of medical and dental care - many of his patients who had lived lives in poor health and dental neglect. This experience forged a dedication to helping those who are most in need.
Meet Dr. Luis Ortiz
Dr. Ortiz is a dental practitioner with over thirty years of clinical experience, thousands of continuing education hours and dedication to leadership and service. While serving as a dental officer with the US Army he completed a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Arizona.
He also attained the Master distinction from the Academy of General Dentistry. His treatment philosophy is the complete integration of the oral cavity as a major important systemic component of the human body functioning in total synchronicity.

I shared my concerns, and he agreed with me on extracting the tooth instead. He was so patient and thorough in explaining his philosophies and treatment plan. He took his time to answer my countless questions, and I never felt rushed to get to the next patient. Then came the actual procedure.... it felt more like a spa day!! I was pampered!! Warm blankets, the friendliest staff, and acupressure at the end. Kelly and Bri took amazing care of me. Carla and Margaret at the front are exceptional.
